If you do not cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the Trial, then your debit card will be billed for the account or subscription fees stated in the advertising for the Trial. You agree to comply with any additional terms, restrictions, or limitations we impose in connection with any Trial. You may not sign-up for multiple accounts in order to receive additional benefits under any Trial.

Termination

You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time by closing your account and ceasing to use the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKINWEALTH, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; OR (C) THE RESULTS OR DATA OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AKINWEALTH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AKINWEALTH'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AKINWEALTH, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Akinwealth and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in La Crosse, Wisconsin, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") then in effect. Judgment upon the award rendered by such arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on our Services, or updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Akinwealth regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
